XEye Academy

Revenue Share Policy

This Revenue Share Policy explains how instructor earnings are calculated, paid, and managed through XEye Academy. By participating in the Instructor Partner Program, instructors agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligible Instructor Partners receive a 30% revenue share on qualifying course enrollments through XEye Academy.

The remaining revenue is retained by XEye Academy to support platform operations, technology, hosting, student support, marketing, affiliate programs, payment processing, business development, and academy growth.

Instructor revenue share is calculated based on the final amount paid by the student at checkout.

For example:

  • If a student pays $100, the instructor earns $30.
  • If a student pays $80 after applying a discount, the instructor earns $24.

Revenue share is always calculated using the final transaction value paid by the student.

XEye Academy may create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, sales, and coupon codes to increase student enrollments and course visibility.

Instructor revenue sharing is calculated after applicable discounts, promotions, and coupons have been applied.

While discounts may reduce revenue per enrollment, promotional campaigns are designed to increase overall student acquisition and long-term earnings opportunities.

Instructors may set course prices, sales prices, subscription options, membership participation, and other pricing-related settings.

All pricing remains subject to review and approval by XEye Academy to improve student conversions, marketing effectiveness, pricing consistency, and instructor earnings.

The academy may recommend or implement reasonable pricing adjustments when necessary.

Instructors may participate in the XEye Academy Affiliate Program.

Affiliate commissions are separate from instructor revenue sharing and may provide additional earning opportunities.

Affiliate commission rates vary based on campaigns, products, promotions, partnership levels, and business objectives.

Current affiliate commission rates are displayed within the affiliate dashboard.

Important Note: XEye Academy operates separate Commissions Affiliate and Points Affiliate programs. The Points Affiliate Program, available through instructor or student profile settings within the dashboard, is primarily designed to encourage learners to invite other learners and earn points or coins. These points have no cash value and cannot be converted into money but may be used to enroll in courses that have points-based purchases enabled. The Commissions Affiliate Program operates separately, provides commission-based earnings, and can be accessed through the academy dedicated buttons/URLs or from here. Instructors may participate in either or both programs if they are interested, subject to the applicable program terms.

When eligible under the Affiliate Program, instructors may earn affiliate commissions when referred students purchase other qualifying courses through their affiliate links.

These commissions are separate from instructor revenue-sharing earnings.

Live training courses are treated the same as self-paced courses for revenue-sharing purposes.

Eligible instructor earnings are calculated using the same revenue-share model described in this policy.

Instructors may create group training offerings and establish group pricing.

Group pricing remains subject to review by XEye Academy to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with market expectations.

Revenue sharing for group enrollments follows the standard instructor revenue-sharing model unless otherwise specified.

Private training engagements, corporate workshops, and customized training opportunities are managed directly by XEye Academy.

Compensation for these opportunities may differ from the standard revenue-sharing model.

When an opportunity becomes available, XEye Academy will provide the assigned instructor with engagement requirements, compensation details, and applicable terms.

Instructors may choose to participate in academy membership programs and subscription-based offerings where available.

Certain membership features may use alternative earning models based on student engagement, course consumption, or learning progress.

Additional details will be provided as these programs become available.
