Our mission is to provide students with valuable cybersecurity knowledge while ensuring that learning remains ethical, collaborative, and effective. By joining our academy, every student agrees to follow these guidelines which are designed to protect the integrity of our community, ensure that knowledge gained is never used for unethical or illegal purposes, encourage respect and kindness among peers and instructors, and maintain a positive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
Ethical Use of Knowledge
At XEye Academy we believe that cybersecurity knowledge is a powerful tool that must always be used responsibly. Students are expected to apply what they learn only for ethical, legal, and constructive purposes. Any attempt to use academy resources, training, or acquired skills for hacking, fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activity is strictly forbidden. By enrolling, each student accepts this responsibility and understands that misuse of knowledge may result in immediate dismissal from the academy and, if necessary, legal action. Our commitment is to build a place where learning strengthens digital safety and empowers careers, never where it causes harm.
Respectful Conduct and Community Standards
At XEye Academy we value respect, kindness, and professionalism as the foundation of our learning community. Every student is expected to treat peers, instructors, and staff with courtesy and dignity. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. We believe that collaboration and mutual support are essential for effective learning, and therefore students must engage with one another in a spirit of cooperation. Any behavior that undermines this environment, whether through disrespectful communication or disruptive actions, may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the academy. Our commitment is to maintain a place where everyone feels safe, welcomed, and motivated to grow together.
Misconduct and Disciplinary Actions
At XEye Academy we take the integrity of our learning environment very seriously. Any form of misconduct, whether directed toward fellow students, instructors, or the academy itself, will be addressed immediately. Misconduct includes but is not limited to disrespectful behavior, harassment, cheating, plagiarism, or attempts to misuse academy resources. Students who engage in such actions may face disciplinary measures ranging from warnings to immediate suspension or permanent expulsion. We reserve the right to act swiftly in order to protect the safety and quality of our community. Our priority is to maintain a place where learning is effective, respectful, and free from disruption, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Communication and Contact Information Policy
To maintain a secure, professional, and focused learning environment, all communication between students, instructors, mentors, and Academy staff must remain within the Academy's official communication channels. Users are prohibited from sharing, requesting, soliciting, or exchanging personal contact information, including but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers, messaging application accounts, social media profiles, usernames, external communication platform details, or any other information intended to facilitate communication outside the Academy. Any attempt to move conversations away from the Academy platform may result in automated or manual review. The Academy reserves the right to utilize artificial intelligence systems, automated monitoring tools, and human moderators to detect and enforce violations of this policy. Violations may result in warnings, account restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of account access without prior notice. These measures are intended to protect the privacy, security, and overall learning experience of all members of the Academy.
Anti-Scam, Anti-Spam, and Commercial Activities Policy
The Academy strictly prohibits the use of any communication channel, discussion area, messaging system, forum, comment section, community space, or other platform feature for commercial, promotional, solicitation, spam, scam, phishing, or unauthorized business activities. Users may not share or request bank account information, payment details, credit card information, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, financial credentials, or any other sensitive financial information. Furthermore, users may not advertise, promote, market, sell, or offer any products, services, subscriptions, investments, employment opportunities, affiliate programs, or other commercial activities through the Academy platform. Any attempt to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, phishing, spam, or scam-related activities will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user's account and the revocation of access to all enrolled courses and Academy services. The Academy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that may compromise the safety, privacy, security, or educational experience of its community members and reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to protect its users and platform integrity.

Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Content Protection Policy
All courses, training materials, educational content, lessons, resources, and intellectual property made available through XEye Academy are owned by XEye Academy and/or its instructors, content creators, partners, or licensors in accordance with internal ownership agreements. Such ownership rights remain exclusively with the respective rights holders and are protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property, and related laws.
Enrollment in any course does not grant ownership of any content provided by the Academy. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use course materials solely for their personal educational purposes. XEye Academy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against the unauthorized sharing, copying, recording, downloading, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, transmitting, reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise making available any Academy content on external platforms, websites, applications, social media channels, file-sharing services, communities, or to third parties without prior written consent from XEye Academy.
This policy applies to all forms of training and educational content offered by the Academy, including but not limited to written materials, course lessons, presentations, documents, PDFs, videos, audio recordings, live training sessions, webinars, workshops, assessments, downloadable resources, private mentoring sessions, coaching sessions, and any other content delivered through public or private learning environments.
Only XEye Academy and its explicitly authorized parties retain the right to use, distribute, license, reproduce, or otherwise exploit Academy content in accordance with their respective ownership and licensing rights. Any unauthorized use, disclosure, sharing, distribution, reproduction, recording, or publication of Academy content may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, revocation of access to all enrolled courses and services, and may further expose the violating party to civil, criminal, and other legal actions available under applicable laws. XEye Academy reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect its intellectual property, educational content, business interests, instructors, and learners.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
At XEye Academy we provide training and educational resources with the purpose of empowering students to build careers in cybersecurity and digital governance. While we strive to deliver accurate, practical, and up‑to‑date knowledge, we cannot guarantee that every skill or method taught will be suitable for all individual circumstances. Students are solely responsible for how they apply the knowledge they gain, and the academy disclaims any liability for misuse, unethical activity, or unlawful actions carried out beyond our learning environment. Enrollment in the academy signifies acceptance of this disclaimer and acknowledgment that the academy’s role is to educate, not to authorize or endorse any activity outside the boundaries of ethical and legal practice.

By enrolling in XEye Academy every student acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Service as the foundation of their learning journey. This agreement represents a mutual commitment between the academy and its students to uphold ethics, respect, and responsibility in all aspects of education. Students confirm that they will use the knowledge gained only for lawful and constructive purposes, that they will treat fellow learners and instructors with dignity, and that they will contribute positively to the community we have built. Acceptance of these terms is required for participation, and continued enrollment signifies ongoing agreement to abide by them.
