XEye Academy

Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy explains the ownership, licensing, usage, protection, and management of content published through XEye Academy. By creating, uploading, submitting, publishing, or maintaining content on the platform, Instructor Partners acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Instructor Partners retain ownership of the original self-paced course content they independently create and publish through XEye Academy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, instructors may publish, distribute, license, or offer their independently created self-paced content on other platforms, websites, marketplaces, or learning environments.

Instructors remain responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority required to create, publish, and distribute their content.

When self-paced course content is created, developed, enhanced, or substantially assisted using the XEye Academy AI Co-Instructor Assistant, ownership shall be shared between the Instructor Partner and XEye Academy.

Such AI-assisted content may not be published, distributed, licensed, reproduced, or offered on any third-party platform without the prior written consent of both the Instructor Partner and XEye Academy.

Live training content delivered through an instructor's own Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other independently managed platforms remains the property of the Instructor Partner. Instructors may publish, distribute, or reuse such content on other platforms, including XEye Academy.

However, live training sessions hosted through XEye Academy-managed Zoom, Google Meet, or other academy-controlled environments are considered exclusive to XEye Academy.

Recordings, edited versions, supporting materials, and resulting educational assets from academy-hosted live training may not be distributed, published, sold, or hosted elsewhere without the prior written approval of XEye Academy.

Private training, executive coaching, workshops, consulting engagements, and corporate training opportunities provided through leads, offers, referrals, partnerships, or business opportunities generated by XEye Academy are exclusive to XEye Academy.

While instructors deliver the training and provide their expertise, these opportunities are facilitated, managed, and administered by XEye Academy.

Training materials, recordings, supporting content, and educational assets created through such engagements may not be independently offered, transferred, reproduced, or delivered outside XEye Academy without prior written authorization.

To ensure platform continuity and lifetime student access commitments, XEye Academy may retain backups and archived copies of published course content.

These backups are maintained for operational, educational, security, recovery, compliance, and student access purposes.

Instructor Partners may not intentionally remove, delete, damage, disable, restrict, or otherwise interfere with access to course content purchased by enrolled students.

Attempts to remove purchased content from students may result in account suspension, account termination, loss of privileges, or other appropriate action.
