Course Quality Standards
XEye Academy is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and that all courses are subject to review and quality assurance standards.
Courses should be professionally structured, easy to navigate, and designed to provide a positive learning experience.
Course titles, descriptions, objectives, and promotional materials must accurately represent the course content and learning outcomes.
Courses that are misleading or significantly different from their descriptions may be removed from promotion or require revision.
Courses must provide meaningful educational value and practical benefits to students.
Content should be relevant, accurate, and aligned with the stated learning objectives.
Course materials should be:
- Clear and understandable
- Well-organized
- Free from excessive errors
- Professionally presented
- Suitable for the target audience
Where applicable:
- Audio should be clear and understandable.
- Video should be readable and professionally presented.
- Excessive background noise, distortion, or poor-quality recordings should be avoided.
Courses should be logically organized and divided into appropriate lessons, modules, sections, exercises, or assessments when applicable.
Instructors are expected to respond to student inquiries:
- Within 24 hours whenever reasonably possible.
- No later than 48 hours under normal circumstances.
Repeated failure to support students may impact course promotion and instructor standing.
Assessments, quizzes, assignments, and examinations should reasonably align with the learning objectives and course content.
Instructors are responsible for reviewing and updating their courses when necessary to maintain accuracy, relevance, and student value.
All content must comply with the Intellectual Property Policy.
Instructors may only use content they own or have permission to use.
The use of AI tools is permitted; however, instructors remain responsible for:
- Accuracy
- Originality
- Educational quality
- Compliance with academy policies
All AI-assisted content should be reviewed before publication.
All courses may be reviewed by XEye Academy before or after publication.
The academy may provide recommendations, request improvements, or require modifications to maintain platform quality standards.
To maintain high-quality learning experiences, XEye Academy may review course performance based on verified student feedback and ratings. Courses that maintain an average rating below 3 out of 5 stars for at least 30 days and are based on a minimum of 70 verified student reviews may be excluded from academy marketing campaigns, promotions, featured listings, and other growth initiatives. Continued poor performance may result in permanent removal from the public course catalog.
Courses that meet quality standards may be included in academy promotions, marketing campaigns, partnerships, affiliate initiatives, memberships, and special programs.
Courses that fail to meet quality expectations may be excluded from promotional efforts until improvements are made.
XEye Academy encourages instructors to continuously improve their courses based on student feedback, industry developments, and evolving best practices.
By publishing content on XEye Academy, instructors acknowledge and agree to comply with these Course Quality Standards.
