Instructor Agreement

Welcome to XEye Academy.

This Instructor Agreement outlines the relationship between XEye Academy and Instructor Partners who create, publish, manage, or deliver training through the Academy. By registering as an instructor, publishing content, participating in instructor programs, accepting student enrollments, or receiving compensation through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms contained in this agreement.

Instructors join XEye Academy as independent Instructor Partners and not as employees, agents, representatives, students, clients, or contractors of XEye Academy.

Nothing within this agreement creates an employment, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between XEye Academy and any Instructor Partner.

Instructor Partners must possess the necessary knowledge, experience, qualifications, or expertise relevant to the topics they teach.

XEye Academy reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove instructor accounts based on quality standards, platform requirements, legal obligations, or business needs.

Instructor Partners are responsible for creating, maintaining, updating, and improving their course content.

All submitted content must:

  1. Be accurate and professional.
  2. Match the course description.
  3. Provide educational value to students.
  4. Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Respect intellectual property rights.
  6. Meet XEye Academy Course Quality Standards

All courses are subject to review by the XEye Academy Quality Team.

XEye Academy may provide recommendations, revisions, improvements, or modifications to improve educational quality, student experience, conversion rates, platform consistency, marketing effectiveness, and instructor revenue potential.

Instructor Partners agree to cooperate with reasonable quality improvement requests.

Instructor Partners are expected to actively support their students.

Student inquiries should be answered:

  1. Within 24 hours whenever reasonably possible.
  2. No later than 48 hours under normal circumstances.

Repeated failure to provide adequate student support may result in reduced platform promotion, temporary restrictions, deductions where applicable, account suspension, or account termination.

Instructor compensation is governed by the XEye Academy Revenue Share Policy.

Eligible instructors currently receive a revenue share based on qualifying enrollments and related academy policies.

Revenue sharing, payment methods, payment schedules, affiliate earnings, promotional adjustments, and refund impacts are described in the Revenue Share Policy.

Instructor Partners may participate in the XEye Academy Affiliate Program subject to the applicable Affiliate Program Terms.

Affiliate commissions are separate from instructor revenue sharing and may vary based on products, promotions, campaigns, partnership levels, and business requirements.

Instructor Partners may set course pricing, sales pricing, subscriptions, membership participation, points eligibility, and related enrollment settings.

All pricing and promotional settings remain subject to review, approval, adjustment, modification, or rejection by XEye Academy for quality assurance, business strategy, revenue optimization, platform consistency, marketing effectiveness, and student acquisition purposes.

Discount coupons are managed by XEye Academy.

XEye Academy provides an Affiliate Course option within course pricing settings that allows Instructor Partners to add approved external training opportunities through a dedicated button and redirect link.

This feature is intended exclusively for training providers, certification bodies, educational organizations, and platforms that maintain an approved partnership with XEye Academy.

Before publishing an Affiliate Course, Instructor Partners must contact XEye Academy to verify that the proposed external platform, provider, or training organization is included in the academy's approved partner network.

Any Affiliate Course that redirects students to an unapproved platform, marketplace, website, LMS, academy, training provider, or educational service may be rejected, unpublished, suspended, or returned to the Instructor Partner for modification.

Approved Affiliate Courses help expand learning opportunities for students, strengthen academy partnerships, increase educational resources available through the platform, and support referral relationships that benefit both XEye Academy and its partners.

Instructors may choose to include their courses in academy membership programs, subscription plans, and special access initiatives directly through their course settings.

Participation terms, compensation models, eligibility requirements, and revenue calculations may vary depending on the program.

Instructor Partners may create and deliver self-paced courses, live training programs, and group training opportunities through the platform.

XEye Academy may independently assign private training, executive coaching, group workshops, or corporate training opportunities to qualified instructors when available.

Compensation for private and corporate engagements will be communicated separately on a case-by-case basis.

Course ownership, platform licenses, student access rights, content retention, intellectual property protection, and related matters are governed by the XEye Academy Intellectual Property Policy.

By publishing content on XEye Academy, instructors acknowledge and agree to the applicable intellectual property requirements.

Instructors may engage in other educational and training activities; however, they may not use XEye Academy's confidential information, intellectual property, proprietary systems, platform features, student data, or academy resources to create, operate, promote, or support a competing academy, platform, or service that substantially replicates or competes directly with XEye Academy.

  1. 90-Day Zero-Activity Rule: To maintain platform quality, optimal user experience, and a clean administrative database, any Instructor account that shows zero published courses or active course draft uploads for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from account creation will be subject to account deactivation.

  2. Notification & Grace Period: Prior to account deactivation, XEye Academy will issue a check-in notice via email. If the Instructor does not respond or submit verifiable course progress within seven (7) calendar days following the final notice, the account will be deactivated and removed from the active directory.

  3. Account Reactivation: An Instructor whose account has been deactivated under this policy may request account restoration at any time by contacting support and submitting a completed course syllabus alongside sample video modules for quality review by XEye Security.

Students may be granted lifetime access to purchased courses, subject to academy policies.

Instructor Partners acknowledge that published courses cannot be removed from students who have previously purchased access.

All published content may be backed up and retained to ensure uninterrupted student access and platform continuity.

Instructor Partners may not remove, delete, disable, damage, or intentionally restrict access to purchased course content.

Attempts to remove courses from enrolled students, delete required content, disrupt student access, or interfere with platform operations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Instructor Partners may publish courses as Coming Soon where permitted by the platform.

Students may enroll before course completion.

For such courses, applicable refund eligibility periods may begin once the course becomes officially available to students.

Instructor payments may be delayed, adjusted, reviewed, or held as necessary to accommodate refund eligibility periods, fraud prevention procedures, dispute management, chargeback investigations, platform security requirements, and legal obligations.

Payment schedules are described in the Revenue Share Policy.

XEye Academy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, review, or terminate instructor accounts for reasons including but not limited to:

  1. Violation of platform policies.
  2. Low-quality content.
  3. Misleading course information.
  4. Copyright violations.
  5. Fraudulent activity.
  6. Student abuse or misconduct.
  7. Failure to provide required support.
  8. Security concerns.
  9. Reputational risks.
  10. Legal or regulatory requirements.

While XEye Academy actively promotes courses through marketing initiatives, partnerships, search engine optimization, affiliate programs, sales campaigns, and other channels, no guarantee is made regarding student enrollments, sales volume, revenue levels, visibility, engagement, or earnings.

Results may vary based on numerous factors including course quality, market demand, competition, subject matter, pricing strategy, instructor engagement, and platform performance.

  1. Right to Modify Terms: XEye Academy reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or revise this Instructor Agreement and related platform policies to align with legal requirements, security standards, operational updates, or evolving business models.

  2. Notice of Material Changes: For any material updates—including changes to revenue-share splits, payout schedules, pricing models, or content licensing rights—XEye Academy will provide written notice via email or instructor dashboard notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date. Non-material operational updates or routine administrative fixes may take effect immediately upon posting.

  3. Acceptance of Terms: Continued use of the platform, maintainance of active instructor accounts, or hosting of course content following the effective date of any revised terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated Agreement.

  4. Right to Opt-Out: Instructors who object to proposed material changes must notify XEye Academy in writing prior to the effective date. In such cases, the Instructor may request an orderly unlisting of their courses in accordance with the platform's standard offboarding guidelines, while existing enrolled students retain access to previously purchased materials.

By registering as an Instructor Partner, creating courses, publishing content, participating in revenue share programs, using instructor tools, accepting enrollments, or receiving compensation through XEye Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Instructor Agreement.
