4. Misrepresentation of XEye Academy services, certifications, pricing, or partnerships.
5. Abuse of referral, commission, or tracking systems.
6. Security concerns or unauthorized platform activity.
7. Legal or regulatory requirements.

Whenever reasonably possible, XEye Academy may provide notice and an opportunity to correct violations before taking permanent action. However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect students, affiliates, academy systems, or the academy's reputation.

To help Affiliate Partners better understand and promote XEye Academy services, every affiliate registration automatically creates a Student Account.

This allows affiliates to explore platform features, review eligible courses, experience the learning environment, and better understand the services they promote.

Affiliate approval is required before participating in the Affiliate Program and earning commissions. However, the Student Account remains active and accessible regardless of affiliate approval status.

Approved affiliates may log in and access both their Student Account and Affiliate Dashboard using the same account credentials.

All accounts remain subject to the XEye Academy Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable academy policies.

4. Promotional bonuses
5. Custom partnership arrangements

Commission rates are determined by XEye Academy and may vary based on current marketing campaigns, promotional offers, business objectives and operational requirements.

Applicable commission rates are displayed within the affiliate dashboard and may be updated periodically to reflect the academy's current marketing and growth strategies.

XEye Academy reserves the right to modify commission rates, commission models, and promotional incentives at any time.

Commission rates may range from 3% to 30% or more, depending on the applicable product, campaign, promotion, or partnership arrangement.

XEye Academy reserves the right to adjust commission rates, commission models, and promotional incentives at any time.

Applicable commission rates will be displayed within the affiliate portal and communicated when necessary.

A commission becomes eligible for payment only after:

1. The applicable refund period has expired.
2. The transaction has been verified.
3. The enrollment remains valid and active.

Commissions associated with refunded purchases, chargebacks, disputes, fraudulent activity, duplicate transactions, or policy violations may be adjusted, reversed, cancelled, or withheld.

Self-Paced Courses

1. Student refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of enrollment.
2. Refund eligibility follows the academy's applicable refund policies.

Live Training Programs

1. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days from the start of training.
2. Students must meet applicable session attendance requirements.

Private & Corporate Training

1. Refund eligibility follows the applicable private or corporate training terms.

Affiliates may not:

1. Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing.
2. Provide misleading or false information.
3. Misrepresent XEye Academy services or certifications.
4. Use deceptive marketing practices.
5. Manipulate referral tracking systems.
6. Generate fraudulent referrals.
7. Impersonate XEye Academy personnel.
8. Engage in unlawful promotional activity.

Violations may result in commission forfeiture and account termination.

Affiliates may use approved academy logos, banners, graphics, promotional content, and marketing materials when authorized.

XEye Academy reserves the right to request modification or removal of affiliate promotional content at any time.

XEye Academy may suspend, restrict, review, or terminate affiliate accounts for:

1. Policy violations
2. Fraudulent activity
3. Misleading promotions
4. Abuse of platform systems
5. Security concerns
6. Legal requirements
7. Reputational concerns

Any unpaid commissions associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited.

Affiliate Partners are responsible for periodically reviewing the Affiliate Program Terms & Agreement, affiliate dashboard, and official communications for updates and changes. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms, policies, commission structures, or program requirements.

XEye Academy may communicate material changes through the affiliate dashboard, platform notifications, email communications, or other official channels; however, Affiliate Partners remain responsible for staying informed of current program terms and conditions.

By registering as an Affiliate Partner, promoting XEye Academy, generating referrals, or receiving commissions through the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Program Terms & Agreement.
