Welcome to the XEye Academy Instructor FAQ.

This page provides answers to the most common questions about becoming an Instructor Partner, creating courses, earning revenue, affiliate opportunities, payments, course ownership, and platform features.

No. Instructor registration is completely free. As an Instructor Partner, you are not a student or client. There are no registration fees, subscription fees, or recurring charges to create and publish courses on XEye Academy.

The 30% revenue share is calculated based on the final amount paid by the student at checkout.

For example:

  1. If a student pays $100, you earn $30.
  2. If a student pays $80 after a discount, you earn $24.

Revenue sharing is always calculated using the final amount paid by the student.

No. Revenue sharing is calculated based on the final amount paid by the student after any discounts, promotions, or coupon codes have been applied.

Instructor earnings are paid one month after the month in which the sales were generated to allow for the student refund review period.

For example:

  1. August earnings are paid in October.
  2. September earnings are paid in November.

 

Payments are typically processed on the first Monday of each month, provided the date falls after the third day of the month.

Yes. Instructors from most countries are welcome to apply. Payment availability may depend on supported payment methods, financial regulations, and payment provider availability in the instructor's country.

Yes. Instructors may join the XEye Academy Affiliate Program and earn additional commissions by promoting their courses using their unique affiliate links.

Affiliate commissions may reach up to 30% depending on the active campaign, product category, and partnership terms.

Yes. When students enroll in eligible courses using your affiliate link, you may earn affiliate commissions even if the course was created by another instructor.

Instructors earn:

  1. 30% instructor revenue share on eligible course enrollments.
  2. Additional affiliate commissions through the Commission Affiliate Program.

 

Depending on campaign conditions, instructors may earn up to 60% combined earnings through revenue sharing and affiliate marketing activities.

Yes. XEye Academy actively promotes courses through SEO, email marketing, social media, affiliate programs, partnerships, academy promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Yes. Instructors may set course prices, sales prices, subscriptions, membership participation, and enrollment options.

All pricing is subject to review by XEye Academy to support student acquisition, marketing efforts, and revenue optimization.

Discount coupons are managed by XEye Academy.

The academy may create promotional campaigns and coupon codes and share them with instructors when appropriate. Instructors may create promotional sales for their courses through the instructor dashboard and specify the applicable sale period.

Yes. Instructors can choose whether their courses participate in memberships, subscriptions, and other enrollment programs available.

Yes, instructors may choose whether their courses are eligible for point-based enrollments. This option can be enabled or disabled individually for each course. When enabled, students may enroll in the course using points earned through their progress, achievements, and participation within the Academy. Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and do not result in any monetary compensation to instructors.

This program is designed to reward dedicated and engaged students by providing access to educational opportunities through their efforts and accomplishments within the Academy. Instructors may determine the number of points required to enroll in each eligible course and can manage these settings through their instructor dashboard.

Instructors can create courses with all formats directly inside of the academy using:

  1. Video lessons
  2. Written lessons
  3. Audio lessons
  4. PDF resources
  5. Assignments
  6. Interactive quizzes
  7. SCORM packages
  8. Zoom sessions
  9. Google Meet sessions
  10. YouTube live streams
  11. Live classes
  12. Self-paced lessons

Yes. Instructors can create and deliver live training programs through XEye Academy.

Live training courses follow the same revenue-sharing model as self-paced courses unless otherwise specified.

Instructor payments may be delayed, adjusted, reviewed, or held as necessary to accommodate refund eligibility periods, fraud prevention procedures, dispute management, chargeback investigations, platform security requirements, and legal obligations.

Payment schedules are described in the Revenue Share Policy.

Yes. Qualified instructors may receive opportunities to deliver private training, executive coaching, workshops, group training, or corporate training engagements through XEye Academy.

Private and corporate training opportunities are assigned by the academy when available.

When an opportunity becomes available, XEye Academy will provide the instructor with the engagement requirements, compensation details, and applicable terms before assignment.

Yes. Instructors may use AI tools, including the XEye Academy AI Co-Instructor Assistant.

However, instructors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, quality, originality, and educational value of their content.

The XEye Academy AI Co-Instructor Assistant can help instructors create:

  1. Course outlines
  2. Lesson structures
  3. Learning objectives
  4. Written content
  5. Quiz ideas
  6. Assignments
  7. Educational resources

The instructor maintains full control over the final content.

Instructors should respond to student questions:

  1. Within 24 hours whenever reasonably possible.
  2. No later than 48 hours under normal circumstances.

Repeated delays may impact course promotion eligibility and instructor standing.

Courses with consistently low ratings may be reviewed by the XEye Academy Quality Team.

Courses that maintain an average rating below 3 out of 5 stars for at least 30 days based on a minimum of 70 verified reviews may be excluded from academy marketing efforts and could eventually be removed from the public course catalog.

No. Students may receive lifetime access to purchased courses. Published courses cannot be removed from students who have already purchased access.

All course content may be backed up and retained by XEye Academy to ensure continuous student access.

Instructor accounts may be deactivated upon request. Eligible unpaid earnings are paid according to the standard payment schedule and subject to applicable refund review periods.

Previously enrolled students may continue receiving access to purchased content in accordance with academy policies.

Instructors retain ownership of the original self-paced course content that they independently create and publish through XEye Academy, subject to the licensing rights granted to XEye Academy for hosting, delivering, promoting, backing up, and supporting access to such content.

Any written training materials, course content, assessments, resources, or educational content created, generated, or substantially developed by XEye Academy, including content produced through XEye Academy's AI Co-Instructor systems, remain the exclusive intellectual property of XEye Academy and may not be published, distributed, reproduced, sold, licensed, or made available by instructors on any other platform, website, marketplace, or training provider.

In addition, any live or private training sessions hosted, delivered, recorded, or produced by XEye Academy, including associated recordings, materials, and media, shall remain exclusive to XEye Academy and may not be republished, redistributed, uploaded, sold, or otherwise made available outside of XEye Academy without prior written authorization.

The XEye Academy Quality Team reviews courses and may provide recommendations to improve:

  1. Educational quality
  2. Student engagement
  3. Learning outcomes
  4. Course structure
  5. Marketing performance
  6. Revenue opportunities
